Announcement of an auction for the privatization of the sanctioned enterprise PentoPak

On May 31, an online auction will be held for the privatization of 100% of the authorized capital of PentoPak PrJSC. The starting price of the lot is UAH 203.7 million, and registration for participation in the auction will last until May 30th. The auction will be conducted through the Prozorro.Sales system.

The enterprise is located at: 5 Brovarska Street, Borispol, Kyiv region. The factory offers a full cycle of packaging production for the meat processing industry.

Today, the products of the enterprise are used by major companies such as Rud, Globino, Meat Guild, and others. Additionally, the company's products are exported to over thirty countries worldwide.

The asset includes 20 units of real estate and infrastructure with a total area of 5247.3 sq. m. PentoPak PrJSC is situated on two land plots, one of which is owned by the enterprise, while the other is leased.

Additionally, the privatization object includes 10 vehicles manufactured between 2003 and 2021.

It is important to note that the enterprise is operational with a preserved team and profitable activities. In particular, the company plans to expand and enter new markets for packaging materials in the dairy industry, fish processing, animal feed packaging, and more.

Sales conditions include:

  • Settlement of the enterprise's arrears in wages and budget payments within six months from the date of transfer of ownership rights to the share package (if such arrears exist);
  • Prevention of dismissal of enterprise employees by the buyer or their authorized body within six months.
