Zakarpattia Regional Office has planned 2 e-auctions

Zakarpattia Regional Office sells the state share in the authorized capital of "Lypchanblok" LLC and the built-in premise of the deepened warehouse of PJSC "Uzhhorod Turbogaz".

The state share in the authorized capital of "Lypchanblok" LLC is 22.5%. Company address: 54, Vakarova street, Lypcha Village, Khust district.

The main activities are the production of bricks, tiles and other construction products made from burnt bricks. In the constant use of the company there is a land plot of 2.8 hectares in the village Lypcha, tract Polinets, for the location of the production base for renting, is a land plot of 9,324 hectares under a quarry. The production activity of the enterprise has been discontinued since 01.12.2011.

Starting price of state stake is 1.25 million UAH.

The auction will be held on November 10, 2017 at 11.00 at the address: Uzhgorod, 60, Sobranetska Street, room 315.

The built-in premise of the deepened warehouse of PJSC "Uzhgorod Turbogaz" is located in Uzhgorod on the street  Bolgarska, 3, in the basement of a five-storey building of a laboratory building, consists of eight premises - 756.8 sq.m

The object is in a non-usable condition; at the time of evaluation the premises are flooded with groundwater. Technical characteristics of the object: the foundation, walls and partitions of concrete; flooring - reinforced concrete slabs; floor - concrete; engineering communications - power supply, water supply, sewerage, gas supply, ventilation need to be restored.

Starting price is 327,05 thousand UAH.

The e-auction will be held by the Central Universal Stock Exchange on November 10, 2017 at 10.00.
