Regional Office of the State Property Fund of Ukraine in Vinnytsia Region fulfilled the plan from lease receipts by almost 50%

From the lease of state property located in the Vinnytsia region as of 01.06.2019, the State Budget of Ukraine received UAH 7.22 million, which is 49.8% of the annual plan's implementation in the amount of UAH14.5 million. The average monthly fee for lease is UAH1.42 million.

As of 01.06.2019, the Regional Office accounts for 605 active leases of state property leased by the Regional Office, among which:

- 1 contract of lease of Integral Property Complex of a state enterprise;

- 570 contracts of lease of real estate of state enterprises;

- 34 leases of state property, which is on the balance of business partnerships.
