The successful example of privatization: long-term construction vicinity of Lviv city will become a modern residential complex

Under control of the Regional Office is a sale contract of the unfinished construction concluded with PrJSC “Holding company “EKO-DIM” – a building of 9-storey dormitory in Lysynychi village near Lviv city.

On this facility continues the construction of the residential complex “Suburbs is a territory of comfortable living”. The complex was designed taking into account all the requirements of the modern rhythm of life – the children’s sports and play grounds, parking for 600 cars, a mini-supermarket, a pharmacy, a bank branch, etc. The project is aimed at improving the social infrastructure of the settlement.

There are no industrial, warehouse or municipal objects in the design area or in the vicinity area that could have a negative impact on the overall environmental condition of the environment.

In construction of this residential complex has already invested UAH 27.155 million, more than 50 people were involved. Estimated project cost is over UAH 116 million.

It is important to note that this unfinished construction a building of 9-storey dormitory at the moment of sale was the foundation and part of the 1st floor was absent the engineering communications.

In this regard the land plot was located outside the bounds of residential and public buildings, that according to art. 38 of the Land Code of Ukraine prevented the process of construction of the object.

The land plot was included in the boundaries of the village of Lisynychi, Pustomytivskyi districtin December 2017 that became the reason for the implementation of a series of activities of measures for the conclusion of the lease of the land plot and obtaining a declaration for the beginning of construction works.
