Successful privatization: the price of the timber plant building increased almost 58.8 times at the auction

On June 13, an online auction for the privatization of a timber plant building was held in the Prozorro.Sale electronic trading system. The property was competed for by 11 potential investors. The value of the asset increased from the starting price of UAH 10.2 thousand to the final price of UAH 600 thousand. The asset price increased by almost 58.8 times.

The asset is located at: Volyn Region, Lutsk District, Kolkivska Territorial Community, Building and Structures Complex No 5, Building A-2.

The asset is a two-storey building consisting of a workshop, two rooms on the ground floor and two rooms (offices) on the second floor. There is electricity and heating, the total area is 535.5 m².

The new owner receives an asset that can be used for woodworking production, as a warehouse or for another type of business due to its good location.
