Regional Office of the State Property Fund of Ukraine in Ternopil region offers for rent some premises for offices, warehouses and laboratory

The Regional Office of the State Property Fund of Ukraine in Rivne region offers for rent:

- a part of non-residential premises (with an area of 42.0 sq. m.) at the 1-st floor of a dormitory (including 6.0 sq. m. – an area of common usage), at: 6, Vinnychenka str., Ternopil city; for a term of 2 years and 11 months, for placement of an office (work in the field of information technology);

- a part of premises of garages (with an area of 53.0 sq. m.), at: 30a, Tekstylna str., Ternopil city; for a term of 2 years and 11 months, for materials warehousing;

- a part of non-residential premises (with an area of 26.7 sq. m.) at the 6-th floor of the building, at: 11, Tantsorova str., Ternopil city; for a term of 2 years and 11 months, for placement of an office (employment agency);

- a part of premises (with an area of 67.9 sq. m.) at the 4-th floor of an educational building, at: 12, Ruska str., Ternopil city; for a term of 5 years, for placement of a laboratory for immunohistochemical research.
