There is the premise is proposed for placing of a cafeteria in Rivne city

The Regional Office of the State Property Fund of Ukraine in Rivne region studies the demand for the object of leasing.

In part, it’s a part of a premise (3.0 sq. m) on the first floor in the two-store building of the school, which is situated at the address: 7, Vidinska str., Rivne city. The object is proposed for placing of a cafeteria, which does not distribute excise goods.   

There was one application (for leasing of this object) has been accepted recently.

After studying the demand, in the case of obtaining of two or more applications, the Regional Office will announce a competition on the right for leasing of the state property.   

Applications should be sent at the RO till 03.07.2018 (incl.)
