In Okhtyrka, non-residential premises are sold at a re-auction

The Regional Office of the State Property Fund of Ukraine in   Sumy region has announced a repeated auction on the method of gradual reduction of the starting price and subsequent submission of price offers for sale (with additional conditions) of non-residential premises with an area of88.3 sq.m at the address: 4 Drukarskyi lane, Okhtyrka town. Starting price of the object is UAH117.9 ths.

An electronic auction will be held on January 31, 2019.
