In Khmelnytskyi Oblast the evaluation specialists are offered work

In the Khmelnytskyi Oblast, the competitions for the selection of appraisers, which will be involved for the purpose of providing services for the valuation of property of the objects of lease, have been announced:

1) part of the premises of 1.0 sq. m on the 1st floor in the educational building, at: 2 Suvorova str., Kamianets-Podilskyi town;

2) part of the premises of 5.0 sq. m on the 1st floor in the lecture building of the educational building, at: 11 Instytutska str., Khmelnytskyi city;

3) premises of 33.8 sq. m on the 2nd floor of the administrative building, at: 101. Lesi Ukrainky str., Polonne town;

4) 85 items inventory group, at: 1 Lermontova str., Dunaivtsi town, Dunaivtsi district;

5) premises with a total area of ​​177.4 sq. m on the 1 and 2 floors of the canteen building, at: 10 Mayborskoho str., Khmelnytskyi city.

The purpose of independent valuation of objects is to determine the market value for the purpose of concluding lease agreements (№1, №3, №4, №5), extension of the lease agreement (№2).
