There are premises in an educational buildings for evaluation in Kherson city

The SPFU’s Regional Office in Kherson oblast, Autonomous Republic of Crimea and Sevastopol city announced the competition of appraisers to indepemdent evaluation following facilities:

1.      a part of premise of 22.25 sq. m. on the ground floor of educational building at the address: 25, Nebesnoi Sotni str., Kherson city.

2.      a part of premise of 19.0 sq. m. on the ground floor of educational building at the address: 19, Ushakova ave.., Kherson city.

3.      a part of premise of 11.0 sq. m. on the second floor of educational building at the address: 14, Ushakova ave., Kherson city.

An assessment carries for the calculation of rent for signing of the lease agreement.
