Ternopol RO proposes to estimate a premises of Vasilian monastery

The Ternopil Regional Office of the State Property Fund of Ukraine welcomes appraisers to the competition which will be held on 15 March 2018.

For the purpose of property market value appraisal for rental calculating it’s necessary to evaluate the following objects:

- material assets in quantity of 22 units (11, Tantsyrova str., Ternopol city);

- a premises of a memorial of an architecture“Vasilian monastery” of 3420,3sq. m (2, Litseyna str., Kremenets town).

One more object – garage of 117,6sq. m(4, Nalivayka str., Terebovlia town) should be estimated for the following privatization on auction sale.
