Ternopil Regional Office received UAH 3.1 million from leasing of state property

As of 15.05.2018 the Regional office in Ternopil oblast provided revenues from leasing in amount of UAH 3.122 million (31.22% of annual task) to the State Budget of Ukraine.

At present 425 agreements are controlled by the Regional office, during January-April 2018 26 lease agreement of state property were concluded.

Also 37 periodic complex inspections were carried out which included review of lease facility and controlling of fulfillment of the terms of lease contracts of state property. During the control measures special attention was paid to detecting the facts of illegal lease and sublease, the state of preservation of the objects of lease, their intended use and the implementation of inalienable improvements of the property without the consent of the lessor.
