Ternopil Regional Office initiated termination of purchase agreement with an unscrupulous buyer

The Economic Court of the Ternopil region satisfied the plaintiffs' claims of the Ternopil Regional Office regarding the termination of the purchase and sale contract for an the state-owned unfinished construction object, concluded between Regional Office and Private Сompany "Ternopil-Zakhidinvest", and obliged it to return an unfinished building - a 40-apartment residential a house in the city of Terebovlia into the state property.

The court also ordered the private company "Ternopil-Zakhidinvest" to pay damages in the amount of 110.6 thousand UAH.
