Sumy Regional Office of the State Property Fund of Ukraine lets on lease premises at Hlukhiv town and Konotop town

The Regional Office (RO) of the State Property Fund of Ukraine in Sumy oblast has announced about acceptation of applications on the objects of leasing:

-  a part of a premise of 17.8 sq. m. on the 1st floor of a two-storied administrative house at 44, Tereshchenkiv str., Hlukhiv town (for placing of a trade object for selling of nonfoods).

-  A premise of 31.8 sq. m. on the 1st floor of a two-storey administrative building, at 48, Brativ Luzaniv str., Konotop town (for placing of an object for providing ritual services).

The announcement about the RO’s intention to carry out of a lease transaction of the mentioned above objects has been published in the newspaper “Vidomosti Pryvatyzatsii” dated 15.08.2018 № 66.

The deadline for accepting of applications is 30 Aug 2018.
