Sumy Regional Office of the State Property Fund of Ukraine during the 8 months of 2018 has fulfilled the lease plan for 105 per cent

As work results of the Regional Office of the State Property Fund of Ukraine in Sumy oblast at the 28 Aug 2018 there were 8 million 398 thousand 015 hryvnias has been transferred to the State Budget of Ukraine from leasing of the state property. It constitutes of 105 % FY plan.  

As of 29.07.2018 in 2018 there were 28 agreements for lease of the state property has been concluded with a total area of 1,903.3 sq. m. with the month rental payment to the State Budget of Ukraine in amount of 46.403 thousand hryvnias, and into the 154 lease agreements has been amendments.
