Regional Office of the State Property Fund of Ukraine lets on lease a premise for placing of a cafeteria

The Regional Office of the State Property Fund of Ukraine in Sumy oblast has announced of applications acceptation for the object of leasing:

A premise of 55.0 sq. m is located in the building at the address: 51, Kyivo-Moskovska str., Hlukhiv town.

The price of the leasing object is 5.225 thousand hryvnias, the premise is proposed for placing a cafeteria, which does not sell excise goods at educational center.

Announcement has been published in the newspaper “Vidomosti Pryvatyzatsii” №62 dated 01.08.2018. The deadline for applications is 15 Aug 2018 (incl.).
