The Vinnytsa Regional Office sells two objects at an auction in electronic form:

- a bath complex with a total area of ​​221.1 square meters (with the land plot) in Bershad town, str. Pokrovskaya, 211K. Initial price - 142.48 UAH, including the value of the land plot - 81.56 thousand UAH.

- non-residential building of canteen with a total area of ​​256,4 sq. m., entrance platforms in Tulchyn town, str. Pestelia, 65A. Initial price - 320,91 thousand UAH.

The auction in electronic form will be held by the Ukrainian Universal Exchange on January 15, 2018. Applications are accepted until 17.00 11.01.2011.
