Ternopil Regional Office invites appraisers to the competition

Ternopil Regional Office has announced the competition of appraisers. It is necessary to evaluate the objects of the lease:

-         non-residential student dining room with a total area of 322,2 sq. m and parts of common areas with an area of 14,7 sq. m (6 Vynnychenka Street, Ternopil City);

-         a part of non-residential premises with a total area of 349,0 sq. m in the basement of the school building with a dining room (56a Ruska Street, Ternopil City);

-         non-residential premises of an administrative building with a total area of 449,1 sq. m which is an architectural monument of local significance (25 Tarasa Shevchenka Boulevard, Ternopil City);

-         a part of the hall with a total area of 4.0 sq. m on the second floor of a seven-storey building (46a Mykulynetska Street, Ternopil City);

-         integrated non-residential premise on the second floor of non-residential premises of the bank with a total area of 20.1 sq. m (60 Ukrainska Street, Tovste Village, Zalischytsky Region).

Also needs to evaluate following privatization objects:

-         group of assets to be inventoried consisting of a lodge with a total area of 26,6 sq. m; a fire reservoir with a total area of 36,0 sq. m; a toilet room with a total area of 3,2 sq. m (2a Vynnychenka Street, Trybukhivtsi village, Buchatsky region);

-         construction in progress - 40-apartment residential house (second phase) (5 Paraschuka Street, Terebovlia town).

The competition will be held on October 19, 2017.
