The Regional Office of the State Property Fund of Ukraine in Lviv, Zakarpattia and Volyn Oblasts participated in the All-Ukrainian Week of Law

Within the framework of  the All-Ukrainian Week of Law, in order to improve the legal culture and provide employees with the necessary legal knowledge,in November 2019the trainings, lectures and discussionsontheimplementation and protection of human rightswere held for the labor collectives of Joint Stock Companies of Lviv Oblast the corporate rights of which are managed by the Regional Office of the State Property Fund of Ukraine in Lviv, Zakarpattia and Volyn Oblasts.

The main issues which consideredon the week of law were:the legislative guarantees of the right to the work and social protection; thenormal health care rights legislative changes in health care;theright to freedom of thought and expressionof views and beliefs, the access to information and free personal development; theright to freedom of peaceful assembly and association; theregister of international legal standards in the field of human rights protection and their main mechanisms; the procedure of execution of contracts, state subsidies for payment of housing and communal services; the actual problems of protection of ownership and other property rights in Ukraine; the provision of free primary assistance to employees of enterprises for the realization and protection of human rights.
