Regional Office in Kyiv oblast transferred UAH 113 million to the State Budget from lease of state property

According to the results of a work of the Regional office in the Kiev region in August 2019 to the State Budget from the lease of state property received UAH 14.2 million.

In total, since the beginning of the year, as of 31.08.2019, the State Budget received UAH 113.3 million from the lease of state property, which is 87.17% of the annual plan (planned task - UAH 130 million).

          As of 31.08.2019 there are 771 lease agreements for state property located in Kyiv oblast, which were concluded by the Regional office.

Since the beginning of the year, the Regional office concluded 68 lease agreement for state property, including: 11– as a result of the competition for the lease of state property, 40 – as a result of the study of demand for rental properties and 17 – with budget institutions and organisations.

During the period from 01.08.2019 to 31.08.2019 the Regional office extended for 10 leases of state property concluded by the Regional office.
