Regional Office of the State Property Fund of Ukraine in Dnipropetrovsk region has announced a competition for appraisers

The Regional Office of the State Property Fund of Ukraine in Dnipropetrovsk region has announced a competition for selection of appraisers, which will be involved to valuation of property, namely:

1. a building of musical school of 674.2 sq. m. at: 21 Soniachna str., Kryvyi Rih town.

2. premises of 26.6 sq. m., at: 67 Anoshkina str., Kamianske town.

3. premises of 143.9 sq. m., at: 17 Sevastopolska str., Dnipro city.

4. premises of 1,282.04 sq. m., at: 15 Yevropeiska str., Dnipro city.

5. a premise of 28.82 sq. m., at: 15 Yevropeiska str., Dnipro city.

6. The amount of losses incurred by the State as a result of non-conservation of a group of objects, consisting of 5 houses, a shed, a lavatory, 2 sewage systems, 2 artesian wells, an external heating system, a water supply, an external water supply, a gas pipeline, a gas main pipeline, an external gas pipeline, 3 power lines, an external electric grid, artesian well, fire reservoir, 2 fire reservoirs, at: 1 Dniprovska str., Pavlohrad town.

Competition documentation should be submitted by March 29, 2019 to the Regional Office.
