Weekly results: 13 privatization auctions totaling over UAH 59 million were held

From April 22-26, the State Property Fund held 13 successful online privatization auctions in the Prozorro.Sale system, totaling UAH 59.22 million. A total of 100 bidders competed for the ownership of the assets. The price of the assets increased by 1.8 times.

The most expensive lot of the week was the Property Complex of SOE“INZHEKSBUD“. The value of the asset increased from the starting price of UAH 6.02 million to the final price of UAH 27.5 million. Twenty-one bidders competed for the ownership of the asset, and the value of the property complex increased 4.5 times.

Next week, the Fund's team plans to hold 16 online auctions for the privatization of state property. The offers include property complexes, construction in progress, administrative buildings, garages and a car. The assets are located in different parts of the country.

Part of the administrative building in Vinnytsia region. The total area of the object is 287.5 m². The administrative building consists of: basement part - basement №2 with an area of 40.0 m², garage №3 with an area of 51.8 m²; on the 1st floor - office №7 with an area of 10.3 m²; on the 2nd floor - staircase №20 with an area of 11.2 m², offices № 21 - 25 with an area of 134.5 m², utility room №26 with an area of 9.1 m², corridor №27 with an area of 28.4 m². The technical condition of the object is satisfactory.

According to the Charter, the principal activity of the company is engineering, geology and geodesy, provision of technical consulting services in these areas. The Property Complex includes 6 real estate objects and 59 movable property items (equipment, furniture, inventory, computer and office equipment, etc.). The total area of all buildings and structures is 899.2 m².
