Announcement of the Auction for the Privatization of an Administrative Building Located in Zhytomyr Region

The State Property Fund has put up an unfinished construction project for privatization – a club with a total area of 999.7 m². The online auction in the Prozorro.Sale electronic trading system will take place on June 14. Proposals will be accepted until June 13 inclusive, with the starting price of the asset set at UAH 1.3 million excluding VAT.

The privatization object is an unfinished construction project – a club located in the center of the settlement, next to the village council, and along the territorial road T-0607 at the address: Zhytomyr region, Zhytomyr district, Potiivka village, Tsentralna Street, 31a.

The asset is a two-story brick building with a basement, construction readiness – 57%, with a total area of 999.7 m² (excluding the basement and second floor). The privatization object has concrete block foundations, prefabricated reinforced concrete floor slabs, and a roofing felt roof. No utilities are connected to the administrative building. The construction readiness level is 57%.

The balance holder of the object is the Department of Regional Development of the Zhytomyr Regional State Administration. The land plot under the privatization object has not been separately allocated.

The auction will be held without conditions.
