Odesa Regional Office sells a building of a subsidiary farm with a total space of 94,5 square meters at address: Bilgorod-Dnistrovsky City, 1 Automobilna Street.

The object is located on an enterprise territory at a distance of 0.5 km from a sorting office of the railway station “Bilgorod-Dnistrovsky”. This is freestanding brick construction was building in 1983 and formerly used for hog growing and birds for enterprise workers. There are two premises in the building (left side – the concrete roof is covered with slate, right – the wooden roof is covered with slate). Electricity and water supply and canalization are absent. Currently the building not used and needs reconstruction.

Land plot for privatization object is not allocated. The property is located on a land plot that is leased.
