New offers to investors for lease of state property

A competition is announced about premises on the 2d floor of the passenger terminal "D" of the International Airport "Borispol" for the placement of a recreation area for passengers without the right to locate commercial facilities and catering facilities of 190 sq. m. Term of lease - 10 years.

Regional Office of the State Property Fund of Ukraine in Donetsk region leases a part of the platform with an area of 73.0 sq. m of the Lyman Railway Station. 

The purpose of the use is the placement of a commercial object for the sale of food products, except for the goods of the excisable group. The term of the lease agreement is 2 years 11 months.

In Lviv, is leased a room for provision of household services to the population, and placement a car wash and a cafe of 965 sq. m at: 152 Lychakivska street. The lease term is 5 years.

In Kiev, on Valeriia Lobanovskoho avenue, is leased an area of 169 sq. m for placement the center of consumer services. Term of lease - 2 years 11 months.
