In Ternopil region a boiler room premise and an administrative building are offered for sale

The Regional Office of the State Property Fund of Ukraine in Ternopil region sells (by means of e-auctions with reducing starting price by 50 per cent) following facilities:

- A premise of a boiler room with an area of 61.8 sq. m. in the garage building at: 3A Sahaidachnoho str., Monastyryska town, the starting price is UAH 31.65 thousand (excluding VAT). An auction is scheduled on May 14, 2019.

- an administrative building with an area of 95.9 sq. m. at: 19 Hrushevskoho str., Kozova small town, the starting price is UAH 98.355 thousand (excluding VAT). An auction is scheduled on May 23, 2019.
