The privatized enterprises have obtained one and a half times more investments than stipulated by the contracts

As of October1, 2018 investments in privatized objects (in the national currency) amounted to UAH 19.45 billion. That is from UAH 6.6 billion or 51.5 per cent more than stipulated by the contracts for this period. Such data were obtained by the State Property Fund of Ukraine on the basis of the control of the implementation of the terms of contracts for sale of state-owned objects in January-September 2018. At the beginning of October 2018 in accordance with the terms of contracts the enterprises had to receive UAH 12.8 billion. Actually investments amounted to UAH 19.45 billion.

According to the results of the audit, the volumes of investments (in foreign currency) also exceed the ones stipulated by the terms of privatization. Thus, the privatized enterprises received USD2.09 billion and Euro 72 million. The contracts provided for revenue of USD 2.02 billion and Euro 19.26 million (see table).
