The Using of State Property has been Checked by the Regional Office in Lviv Oblast

In accordance with the orders of the Prime Minister of Ukraine V. Groysman and the State Property Fund of Ukraine on the using of state property and the detection of facts of evasion from payment of obligatory payments to the State Budget of Ukraine, the Regional Office in Lviv Oblast conducted inspections for January-March 2019 to 22 balance holders with the quantity of 1400 objects with a total area of ​​560 thousand square meters.

According to the results of inspections violations have been found regarding the use of state property – the using without documents:

- 343.6 square meters - balance holder - State educational institution “Lviv Higher Vocational School of Information and Computer Technologies”;

- 1,443.0 square meters - balance holder - State Educational Institution “Lviv Interregional School of Railway Transport”.

Besides,free spaces that can be leased were detected during an inspection, total area of ​​them of 62.298 square meters.  Among the identified free areas are entire buildings, which may be involved in the production, placement of warehouses, dining rooms, cafes.
