Khmelnytskyi Regional Office lets out lease a basement and offers work to appraisers

RO is studying the demand for a potential lease object of state property:

- premises of basement of 278.6 sq. m: str. Instytutska, 10, Khmelnytskyi city, (for the placement of a shop for the production and repair of furniture.).

Applications are accepted until June 23, 2018.

RO proposes to estimate the state property:

1) hydrotechnical structures of the fishing technological reservoir of the Malashivtsi pond as follows: the drainage structure, the fish protection facility, the contour dam, outside Malashivtsi village, within the boundaries of Malashivtsi village council, Khmelnytskyi district;

2) premises of furnace and garages of 93.7 sq. m: str. Khranovskogo, 12 a, Khmelnytskyi city.

An assessment is made to determine the market value for concluding lease agreements.

Competitions will be held on June 26, 2018 at 10 o'clock in RO.
