Khmelnytskyi Regional Office conducts competitions on the selection of appraisers

Competitions for the selection of appraisers for independent evaluation of the following objects are held:

1) a part of the roof of 5.0 sq. m and one antenna on the roof of the educational building: 41B Hrushevskoho avenue, Kamianets – Podilskyi town;

2) hydrotechnical structures of pound “Kurnyky” outside of Kurovechky village, within the boundaries of the Viitivtsi Village Integrated Territory Communities, Volochysk district;

3) part of premises of 380,2 sq. m on the 1st and 2nd floors of the canteen building: 122 Kozatska str., Slavuta town;

4) part of premises of 4.0 sq. m on the 1st floor of the dormitory: 31a Hrushevskoho avenue, Kamianets-Podilskyi town;

5) part of premises of 2.0 sq. m on the 1 floor of the dormitory: 3 Uralskaya str.,Kamianets-Podilskyi town;

6) part of premise of 2.0 sq. m on the 1 floor of the dormitory: 42 Dray-Khmary str., Kamianets-Podilskyi;

7) part of premises of 3.0 sq. m on the 1st floor of the dormitory: 44 Hrushevskoho avenue, Kamianets-Podilskyi;

8) part of a roof of 3.0 sq. m, one antenna on the roof, a part of the northern wall of 3,0 sq. m of the administrative building: 1 Uniavko str., Dovzhok village, Kamianets-Podilskyi district.

An evaluation is made for the conclusion of a lease agreement (objects No.1-3 and 8) and the extension of lease agreements (objects No.4-7).

Competitions will be held on August 30, 2018 at 10.00.
