Khmelnytskyi Regional Office offers for sell the unfinished building and property complex

On November 06, 2018 the auctions were announced without conditions for small-scale privatization objects, namely:

1. The object of unfinished building of the “Pryrelsova Baza”: 2a Marshala Kharchenka str., Kamianets-Podilskyi town.

Initial price: 520. 048 thousand UAH (excluding VAT).

2. The single property complex of structural subdivision of the state enterprise “Khmelnytskyi Factory of Reinforced Concrete Constructions and Products”:  1/2b Zavodska str., Bogdanivtsi village, Khmelnytskyi district.

Initial price: 415.492 thousand UAH (excluding VAT)
