Kherson Regional office conducted inspections on the use of state property

The Regional Office of the State Property Fund in the Kherson region, the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and Sevastopol city conducts inspections of balance-holders to detect the evasion of mandatory payments to the state budget for the use of state property and the lease of the state property. The total number of inspected objects is 1156.

According to the results of the inspections, there were violations regarding the use of state property used without registration of documents:

- State Higher Educational Establishment “Kherson State Agrarian University”: the premises with an area of ​​17.5 sq. m and 42.6 sq. m;

- State Institution “Kherson Oblast Laboratory Center of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine”: work on the forced release of court premises of 48.6 sq. m which leased under a lease agreement, the term of which has expired;

- Ukrainian State Enterprise for Servicing Foreign and Domestic Motor Vehicles “UKRINTERAVTOSERVIS” - premises with an area of ​​1 438 sq. m.

Also, as a result of the inspections, it was discovered that some balance-holders use state-owned objects not in full.
