State Property Fund of Ukraine approved the companies to be sold in 2018
The State Property Fund approved the List of companies (hereinafter the “List”) to be privatized in 2018. There are around 100 companies those belonging to C, D, F groups in this List.
This information was announced by Vitalii Trubarov, Chairman of the State Property Fund.
According to the List are offered following facilities for privatization: a set of energy companies, Sumykhimprom, Lviv Plant “Avtonavantazhuvach”, Osnastka, Kryvyi Rih CHP, Lviv Coal Company, Zaporizhzhia Titanium-Magnesium Combine and others.
As noted by Vitalii Trubarov the State Property Fund is going to implement the plan of privatization revenue in the amount of UAH 22.5 billion.
“These are real revenues can be obtained from privatization. In the near future, the Verkhovna Rada will adopt a new privatization law, it will not only simplify privatization process and shorten the preparation terms, but will also become clear to investors. Therefore, the next year should be the year of the great privatization”, said Vitalii Trubarov.
Also Vitalii Trubarov noted now part of the enterprises is pre-privatization preparing, to start selling such objects as Centrenergo, OPP, energy companies and others enterprises in the spring of 2018.
