The State Property Fund expects to sell PrJSC Ukrnaftoproduct, Orion plant and prepares for privatization of the President Hotel

The State Property Fund of Ukraine plans to put up for sale on the stock exchange 50 percent of PrJSC Ukrnaftoprodukt shares. At present is made an assessment and whereupon will be determined the initial price.

This was announced by Vitalii Trubarov, Chairman of the State Property Fund, on his Facebook page.

Also Vitalii Trubarov notedthatthe stake of the Ternopil Radio Plant Orion trades on the Ukrainian Interbank Currency Exchange. The cost is UAH 95.5 million.

The State Property Fund also transferred over to the Government a draft resolution on the approval of advisors for the privatization of controlling stakes in energy companies, such as Ternopiloblenergo, Zaporizhzhiaoblenergo, Kharkivoblenergo, Khmelnitskoblenergo and Mykolaivoblenergo.

Vitalii Trubarov notes the Fund also expects a resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers to change the group for the President Hotel to begin privatization of the facility.
