Regional Office of the State Property Fund of Ukraine in Donetsk region announced a competition for the selection of appraisers. The leased and privatized objects to be estimate:

1. The object of small privatization - Unified Property Complex of children's recreation camp "Golubok" at the address: 29 Ivana Mazepy Str., Sviatohirsk town.

2. Objects of lease:

- the canteen building of 3165.7 sq. m  at: 134 Italiiska Str., Mariupol town;

- part of the building of 4.0 sq. m of the 1-st floor of the building of administrative and household complex at: 4 Mahistralna Str.,  Vuhledar town;

- premises of 52.0 sq. m of the 1-st floor of the dormitory building at: 13 Budivelnykiv Ave, Mariupol town;

- part of the apartment of 1.0 sq. m of the 1st floor of a non-residential building at: 30 Universytetska Str., Sloviansk town;

- premises of 79.1 sq. m of the 1-st floor of the educational building at: 72 Academichna Str., Kramatorsk city.

The documents for the competition are submitted by 2 pm on April 12, 2019 to the Regional Office.

Detailed information is available in the newspaper "Vidomosti pryvatyzatsii"  № 14, dated 03.04.2019. The competition will be held on April 18, 2019.
