Donetskregional office (RO) informs in accordance with the SPFU order was made amendments to the List of documents which are submitted to the lessor for the conclusion of a lease agreement.

Information on non-application of sanctions to the applicant in accordance with the legislation (in an arbitrary form signed by the head) is provided together with a statement on the lease of real estate property.

In addition, on the RO website in the section “Activities” – “Lease” – “Conclusion of contracts”, the samples of documentswhich are submitted to the lessor for the conclusion of a lease of property (separately for legal entities, individuals, budgetary institutions) were updated.
