Dnipropetrovsk Regional Office leases out premises in Dnipro and Krivyi Rih

RO SPFU in Dnipropetrovsk region as of March 15, 2018 received from the lease of state property UAH 18,191 million.

The monitoring of the execution of 1457 leasehold contracts of state property is carried out, including from the beginning of the year, 44 new contracts and 101 additional agreements to existing leases of state property were concluded.

RO is studying the demand for potential leaseholds of state property, namely:

1. Premises, 100.21 sq. m: 12 Kazakova Street, Dnipro City;

2. Premises, 119.91 sq. m: 57 Gagarina ave., Kryvyi Rih;

3. Premises, 138.1 sq. m: 26-a, E.Fuxa street, Kryviy Rih;

4. Part of the premises, 5.0 sq. m: 46 Gagarina ave., Dnipro City.
