Dnipropetrovsk regional office recovered a debt from rental payment through the court

The claimsof the regional officeto individual enterpreneurBarantseva O.D. were satisfiedby the decision of the Commercial Court of Dnipropetrovsk region dated 17.10.2017; and a debt from rental payment  in the amount of 115,123 thousand UAH and a penalty of 5.358 thousandUAHwererecovered from himto the State Budget of Ukraine in favor of Dnipropetrovskregionalofficeof the State Property Fund of Ukraine.

The complaint ofindividual enterpreneurBarantsevaO.D.on the decision of  the Commercial Court of Dnipropetrovsk region dated 17.10.2017was not recoveredbythe decision of Dnipropetrovsk Commercial Court of Appealdated 15.01.2017.The decision of the Commercial Court of Dnipropetrovsk region dated 17.10.2017 is in force.
