Cherkasy Regional Office is looking for experts for independent evaluation

Cherkasy Regional Office of SPFU announces competition for the selection of appraisers to be involved in an independent assessment.

An assessment is made to determine the market value for the calculation of lease payment in order to extend the lease contract of state property:

1. parts of the premises of the building of the educational building “Butskyi Polytechnic Professional Lyceum” of 3.0 sq. m at the address: 2 street Tsentralna, Buky village, Mankivka district;

2. canteen on the 5th floor of the administrative building of 18.5 sq. m: 104 str. Pasterivska, Cherkasy city.

3. part of the premises on the 1st floor of a two-story brick building of the former bank “Ukraina” of 115.0 sq. m: 6 str. Shevchenko, Kaniv town.

An assessment is made to determine the market value for the calculation of lease payment in order to conclude a lease contract for state property:

1. premises of the scene of 59.6 sq. m and assembly hall of 210.2 sq. m in the building of the club-canteen of the educational building: 333 boulevard Shevchenko, Cherkasy city.

The deadline for submitting applications is March 20, 2018, until 16:00.

The competition will be held on March 26, 2018 at 11.00.
