Cherkasy Regional Office Announced Contests for Selection of Appraisers

The Fund’s Regional office in Cherkasy oblast carries out the contests for selection of appraisers to evaluate following lease facilities:

-      a part of shoes workshop building of 38.7 sq. m. at the address: 23a, Tyschyka str., Uman town;

-      a premise on the ground floor and a premise in basement of administrative building of 73.0 sq. m. at the address: 15, Soborna str., Talne town;

-      premises of 15.68, 193.47 and 48.83 sq. m. of annex to educational building at the address: 164, V. Chornovola str., Cherkasy city;

-      parts of administrative building of 226.76 sq. m.; 2 canteens of 92.56 and 75.3 sq. m. on the ground floor; 2 shops of 21.40 and 37.5 sq. m. at the address: 235, Khreschatyk str., Cherkasy city;

-      a part of roof of 52.13 sq. m. at the address: 333, Shevchenka Boulevard and 65.0 sq. m. at the address: 460, Shevchenka Boulevard; part of the technical floor of 15.0 sq. m. at the address: 460, Shevchenka Boulevard.

-      a premise of 17.3 sq. m. on the second floor of administrative building at the address: 205, Shevchenka Boulevard, Cherkasy city;

-      parts of premise at a dormitory of 27.8 sq. m. at the address: 53, Khreschatyk str., Cherkasy city.

-      parts of premises on the ground floor of 56.4 sq. m. at the address: 6, Zhytomyrska str., Smila town.

-      premise of a shop of 165.1 sq. m. at the address: 8, Modestova str., Kosari village, Kamianka district.

-      Parts of premises of ground floor of 54.51 sq. m. and parts of premises of basement of 20.13 sq. m. at the address: 120/1, Smilianska str., Cherkasy city.
