Cherkasy Regional Office has announced a competition for the selection of appraisers

The assessment is carried out for sale at auction:

1. unfinished 176-apartment residential house: 64a B. Khmelnytskogo Street, Smila town.

2. unfinished workshop of the Cherkasy Plant of Telegraph Equipment: 1 Sumhaitska Street, Cherkasy city.

3. bathhouse building of 182.3 m2: 28 Molodizhna Street, Krachkivka village, Mankivka district.

4. unfinished 30-apartment residential house for small families: 10a Heroiv Maidanu Street, Kam’ianka city.

5. SPC of the former SE - firm “Oryzon – Trans”: 13 Promyslova street, Smila town.

6. unfinished home for teachers: 10 Tsentralna Street, Pryvitne village, Zolotonosha district.

The assessment is carried out for sale at auction with purpose of disassembly.

7. unfinished bathhouse: 89a Blahovisna Street, Dumantsi village, Cherkasy region.

The deadline for submission of applications is 15 May 2018 until 16.00.

The competition will be held on May 21, 2018 at 11.00 in the RO.
