Accounts of OPP are not blocked

28 Aug, 2016 without the participation of the parties, the Economic Court of Odessa region satisfied the request of LLC SOE “UKRGAZ” about the seizure of the funds in all the accounts of PJSC OPP. The plant got to know today about such a decision, September 6, as a result of receipt of the decision by mail.

At the moment, the court ruling was not handed over for execution, accounts of the plant are not blocked. Meanwhile, the OPP is preparing an appeal against the court order on securing the claim.
