The Office for Digital Transformation of the State Property Fund has been launched
The project was completed with support from USAID SOERA and participation from Deloitte Ukraine. The Office is staffed with management and IT professionals.
"Improving the SPFU's work with IT resources is both necessary and challenging due to the need for digitalization in various areas of work. The creation of the Digital Transformation Office is the outcome of joint efforts and support from our partners. The project's implementation represents a crucial milestone towards enhancing transparency, optimizing all processes, improving the management of state assets for greater efficiency, and fostering better interactions with the public and business," emphasized Denys Shuhalii.
Key activities of the Office:
1. Developing a centralized online platform for a unified register of state property. The Office's primary objective is to establish a comprehensive and updated database that contains details on state assets related to the Fund. This platform will enable efficient tracking of asset information, important characteristics, and performance indicators.
2. Executing analytical tools to assess data. The implementation of contemporary analytical tools and data processing systems presents opportunities for a comprehensive analysis of information gathered on state assets. This will enable the identification of key trends in their development, forecasting the value of the object, and determining the optimal time for privatization or reorganization. Additionally, the utilization of analytical tools will facilitate anticipation of risks, thus enhancing the efficiency of state property management.
3. Electronic services for individuals and businesses. The Digital Transformation Office is dedicated to enhancing interactions with individuals and businesses by introducing contemporary electronic services. These services will enable individuals and businesses to access essential information from anywhere in the world and at any time.
The team of the Digital Transformation Office has already begun active work on some of the projects.
Project Manager of the SPFU Oleksandra Shostak stated, "Collaborating with professionals who possess extensive knowledge in technology, innovation, and management will enable us to execute our planned initiatives, hastening the process of digital transformation of the Fund. I am confident that the Digital Transformation Office team will implement the finest global standards in state property management with fresh concepts and methodologies."
Finally, the heads of the Fund`s various departments, in collaboration with the Digital Transformation Office, have reached an agreement to continuously communicate and cooperate in order to improve future IT products.
