The State Property Fund of Ukraine has launched a real-time sales statistics dashboard
In the SPFU believes that all processes related to privatization should be as transparent and understandable as possible for all Ukrainians. That's whythe Fund has introduced the DashboardSPFU, where anyone interested can learn about key privatization indicators from open auctions in real-time, online mode.
The dashboard is implemented using Google's Looker Studio (previously known as Google Data Studio). The database used is from the resource bi.prozorro.sales, which collects data from the Prozorro.Sales platform. The data covers characteristics of nearly 8,000 auctions since 2018 when the sales of state property through open auctions began.
"This tool will be useful for potential investors, analysts, journalists, students, deputies, and ordinary Ukrainians who are interested in privatization matters. In our Dashboard, for example, one can see how much money the Fund has raised from selling state property that has been generating losses for the budget for many years," explains Denys Shuhaliy, the First Deputy Chairman of the State Property Fund of Ukraine.
The Fund is actively moving forward in the process of digitalization. The main goal is to introduce high-quality and convenient digital solutions for all stakeholders.
The DashboardSPFU offers great usability. Users can set various filters and easily find the necessary information, which is also presented in the form of infographics on the screen. Through the service, users can also preview the parameters of upcoming auctions that have already been announced, including the date of the auction, starting price, and further details about the object and auction conditions.
