This week, the State Property Fund made 139 million hryvnias at privatization auctions

From June 12 to June 16, the sum of winning bids at Fund’s privatization auctions reached 138.6 million hryvnias. A total of 59 bidders took part in 12 auctions, and the value of assets increased 4.7 times

The week’s largest auctions included the privatization of the State Geospatial Data Fund (starting price - UAH 22 million, final - almost UAH 100 million) and the facilities of the Rozdol sanatorium (starting price - UAH 6.9 million, final value - UAH 20 million).

The SPFU team also managed to find investors for an administrative building in Kolomyia, non-residential buildings in Dnipropetrovsk region, and veterinary clinics facilities in Rivne and Vinnytsia regions.

From June 19 to 23, the State Property Fund plans to hold 19 privatization auctions. Investors are invited to purchase a specialized training center in Kyiv region, a complex of premises in Ivano-Frankivsk region, livestock buildings in Lviv region, and the property complex of the Dnipro Regional Production and Technical Center for Standardization and Metrology enterprise.
