Shares of PrJSC “Proektno-konstruktorskyi instytut konveyerobuduvannia” are put up for online privatization auction
On October 11, the auction for privatization of the state block of shares of PrJSC “Proektno-konstruktorskyi instytut konveyerobuduvannia” (PrJSC “Design and Engineering Institute of Conveyor Construction”) will be held. 72% of the enterprise’s authorized capital is to be privatized.
Auction starting price: UAH 1.7 million, guarantee fee – UAH 899 thousand. Applications for participation in the auction are accepted until October 10.
The enterprise with an area of 5,378 sq. m is located in the center of Lviv. There are parks and cultural institutions nearby. There are connections with M10 and E471 highways of national and international importance.
The main activity of PrJSC “Proektno-konstruktorskyi instytut konveyerobuduvannia” is research and experimental development in the field of natural and technical sciences. The capacity of the enterprise can be used to resume such activities.
