Kostiantyn Koshelenko: proceeds from privatization of alcohol industry assets reached the level of UAH 1.5 billion

On June 16, 2021, on All-Ukrainian Forum «Ukraine 30. Economy without Oligarchs» the Deputy Chairman of the State Property Fund of Ukraine Kostiantyn Koshelenko in his speech spoke about privatization process of alcohol industry assets.

Kostiantyn Koshelenko noted that with the beginning of demonopolization of alcohol industry, auctions were held to privatize 25 Ops (operating locations). The amount of budget revenues from their privatization is about UAH 1.5 billion.

«This year we expect a greater interest in the alcohol industry assets from market participants and, as a result, an increase in prices at auctions for such objects”, Deputy Chairman of the State Property Fund said.

In his speech Konstiantyn Koshelenko also told about successful privatization of Karavany OP, which took place last week. The asset price at an auction increased to UAH 101 million.
