The State Property Fund of Ukraine has started the final testing software of new service electronic determination of valuation property

The State Property Fund of Ukraine has developed and has already started testing on its own software equipment a new service for the electronic determination of the appraised value of real estate with the support of international partners.

Its commissioning is scheduled on July 1, 2021.

Due to the new software product, citizens will be able to evaluate their own real estate free of charge and receive an electronic certificate of valuation.

The launch of the electronic real estate valuation service was delayed due to the lack of funding required for its the development and commissioning.

Nevertheless, the Fund was able to raise funds for relevant service development in the framework of international technical assistance, which saved taxpayers millions of hryvnias. The expected savings in the future will be tens and hundreds of millions of hryvnias for all Ukrainians who will no longer have to pay for real estate valuation services.
