An auction has been announced for renting premises in a sanatorium on the Black Sea coast

On May 26, 2021 an e-auction will be held  to extend the lease of non-residential premises of the building No.9 of the State Institution «Specialized (special) sanatorium» Primorskyi» at the address: 11a, Chornomorska St., Kurortne village, Bilgorod-Dniester district, Odesa region.

The starting price of the object is UAH 2,604.94, and the lease term is 5 years. The total area is 170.80 sq.m.

The object is in satisfactory condition, repaired. The room is electrified (16 kW). There is available water supply and sewerage.

Submission of applications for participation in the auction lasts until 20:00 on May 25, 2021.
