Auction for the lease of the warehouse building of the plant in Kharkiv has been announced

On May 21, 2021, the lease of the warehouse building of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine’s state enterprise "Kharkiv Plant of Reinforced Concrete Products" at the address: 220, Velyka Panasivska St., Kharkiv city, will be auctioned online.

The starting price of the object is UAH 163.13, and the lease term is 5 years. The total area is 297 sq. m.

Object is in a satisfactory condition. The premise is electrified (16 kW).
